Euler Motors has marked one year of its Turbo EV 1000 and has emerged as the second-largest electric player in India’s four-wheeler cargo LCV segment. The company’s market share has increased from below 2% to nearly 25% during the past year.

Euler Motors has sold around 6,500 electric four-wheeler cargo vehicles through its Storm EV and Turbo EV 1000 products. Monthly sales increased from around 50 units in early 2025 to nearly 1,000 units by September 2026.

The Turbo EV 1000 is a one-tonne electric cargo vehicle, while the Storm EV adds another four-wheeler product to Euler’s portfolio. According to the company, the two products have helped operators get electric alternatives with pricing closer to comparable diesel vehicles and lower running costs. The overall electric penetration in India’s four-wheeler cargo segment has also increased from around 1% to approximately 5% during the same period.

Growing Demand for Electric Mini Trucks

The growth of Euler’s four-wheeler portfolio is supporting demand for electric mini trucks. These vehicles are increasingly being considered for city deliveries, FMCG distribution, dairy, water transportation and other commercial applications.

Euler’s range also strengthens its position in the wider mini trucks market, where operating cost and practical cargo capacity remain important factors for fleet owners.

Euler Expands in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities

Delhi remains Euler’s strongest market, where the company holds nearly 50% of the electric four-wheeler cargo market. Its share is around 25% in Maharashtra and approximately 32% in Rajasthan.

Demand is also increasing in smaller cities such as Sikar, Solapur, Satara, Sangli, Tiruppur, Salem and Tiruchirappalli. In Sikar, Euler said its dealer reached around 40 vehicles per month within three months of opening, with demand coming from dairy, gas cylinder, FMCG and water fleets.

Euler Mini Trucks and Pickups for Cargo Applications

The company’s electric commercial vehicle portfolio is becoming relevant across different cargo applications. Euler mini trucks can support urban and regional goods transportation, while pickups continue to remain an important format for small businesses and delivery operators.

The Euler Turbo EV 1000 City, for example, is listed with a 1,000 kg payload and a 15.36 kWh battery on TrucksBuses.

Palwal Plant and Future Expansion

Euler Motors has invested ₹100 crore in its four-wheeler manufacturing facility at Palwal, Haryana. The facility has an annual production capacity of up to 24,000 vehicles. The company has also established a new R&D unit and is evaluating another manufacturing facility.

Euler expects electric penetration in the four-wheeler cargo segment to reach 15–20% in the near term as more operators shift towards electric commercial vehicles.
